after so long i didn't run...and today was the day i step in the stadium with a scared feeling.i did 150m 3 times and i realise that i had become slower by day.dam. my competition is next week saturday and i have,must be fit by than or it will spoil my day.i have to improve my stamina,speed and more jogging....hmmm tomorrow will be another day of tranning and i am will try my very best to improve..
